When T & H met us

When the owner met us, she knew she had a great brand and a beautiful product but she wanted to get in front of more of the right people but wasn't sure how. They always saw strong sales during summer months but the rest of the year was inconsistent which meant it was difficult to manage stock or scale up because of unpredictable sales.
The Problem
T & H recognised that they needed to find the right eCommerce partner who they could really trust to help them generate consistent sales month on month, understand exactly what elements of their marketing was/wasn't working and to help them scale profitably so they could focus on running the business and doing the things they enjoyed.
We began with an audit of their existing ad campaigns & email flows to determine if we saw the necessary elements required to grow their top-line revenue without sacrificing profitability or creating more work for their team. They had some email flows set up in Klaviyo and were running FB ads via an agency but it was clear to see there was a lot of room for improvement.

The Solution
We first audited their account and in that process discovered that there was a lack of data in the account and sales weren't properly being tracked since the iOS changes took place. As a result, they did not truly understand which campaigns were profitable or not. We advised them that regardless of who they proceed with, they urgently needed to implement additional tech stacks & data to be able to better track and attribute the results. Vital as they wanted to scale.
Further in the audit, we found that the email flows weren't performing as well as they should be and as a result it was losing them money - especially as they were spending a decent amount of ad spend.
This was a significant opportunity to generate additional revenue and ensure their ad spend was generating maximum ROI.
Additionally, we found that a lot of the traffic that was being driven to the store wasn't converting which meant they were just burning through ad spend. We were keen to help them understand where the breaks in the funnel were so we could help them fix this, increasing their site conversion and ultimately their sales.
When we began working together, we implemented our multi-channel growth program so that they could generate more revenue without initially investing more ad spend to enable them to become more profitable and scale the business up.
The Results
🏆 Top-line revenue grew 4 x from £15k/month to £74k/month in 60 days, outside of their busiest season, meaning they had the confidence to invest more in growing their winter collection.
🏆 Their Meta return on ad spend increased by 5 x from 1.48 x ROAS to 7.65 x, meaning they went from break-even to highly profitable, allowing them to invest more ad spend into the account.
🏆 Their Klaviyo email marketing revenue went from 16% of total sales (£18k) to 44% of total sales (£51.92k) because we were able to encourage more customers to repeat purchase.
🏆 The brand owners went from feeling unsure on how to get out of the stunted growth phase they were in to feeling really confident about the future of the business and growing it to 8 figures. They were finally in a place where they could also trust their marketing was working and bringing in enough money to hire a team and also to be able to focus on the areas of their business that they loved.
