PT ROAS KING AGENCY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENGAGING OUR SERVICES.

By accessing or using the services provided by ROAS KING AGENCY (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services
We provide paid advertising and performance marketing services on a monthly retainer basis. All services are outlined in your contract or onboarding documentation.

2. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. We serve both individuals and registered businesses.

3. Payment
All services are prepaid on a monthly basis. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled in accordance with your contract. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

4. No Refunds
All fees paid are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy below for more details.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to assets, accounts, and communication required to perform the services. We are not liable for delays or underperformance caused by insufficient client cooperation.

6. Results Disclaimer
While we strive to maximize your Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), we make no guarantees regarding specific results or financial outcomes.

7. Cancellation
You may cancel services by providing notice in accordance with your signed contract. Any services delivered up to the cancellation date remain billable.

8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your brand assets. We retain ownership of our advertising frameworks, data insights, and strategies.

9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged during the engagement.

10. Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indonesian jurisdiction.

11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
